Changes against Collingwood.

Pickett & Mansell in for Prestia & Vlastuin (sick)

Definitely weaker after that.

There was no whisper at all about Vlaustin all week from media or club but there was from your intrepid reporter ;) not that I am happy about it, gutted actually.

I'm telling ya @caesar ..... that ex-Morris gig at Foxfooty is still available ..... how's your sifting through rubbish bins and peering through venetian blinds technique?

Well I hope what Vlaustin and Dion have isn't infectious as they were in the clubrooms with the team and participated in Captain's Run this morning and both had been absent from training for the week..

Like in Rd1 I don't understand Pickett being on the fringe of selection again when he's obviously fit and been one of our best this year.

i would guess (hope) both are over the illness as such, but dont feel confident running out a game.

I’m even more confident now given our due diligence with Meatball and Flossy. Meanwhile at Scumwood, they’re hell bent on playing Maynard, Adams etc., despite them being ill for most of the week. Reeks of desperation.

You'd think Stack would be sub ahead of RCD? Stack can play forward, mid or back while RCD can only play mid. You want your sub to be as flexible as possible and Stack fits that bill.

I agree with that but would like to see him get a full game in the VFL really.

And now Stack can’t even break into the team in front of Mansell Rubbers.
FMD I give up. Think he’s now officially on the outer and will probably be gone by years end.
Gutted

They obviously want a defender to come in ahead of Syd who is playing/training as a forward.

Mansell will also give that Collingwood blonde haired show-off Jack whatshisname enough nightmares he won't sleep for a year.

Reckon Stacky would benefit way more by playing a full game at VFL level.

I reckon we already know he's too good for that level. Would prefer him to be around the AFL team, feel part of it and, more than likely, play a quarter or more at the top level.
