Because CTT, no one would touch Flem at trade time. You would only get a player equivalent to his standard in a trade.

I actually would rather watch Flem giving 100% than some of our other "more skillful" players. Every team needs a grunt player capable of hitting a pack hard.

Anyhow...trade with essendon at our peril. Can anyone recall a trade involving ess where they haven't come out with the best deal? Caracella to bris, headland home, mcphee plus high draft picks to ess... the rule is, don't trade with ess.

We need to target the very best AFL players OR improve our scouting resources to get the very best kids
