but now way we want to lose 2 the the Blues just at this point in time
 
On Liddle. One of the criticisms leveled at him was that he got involved in list management and clashed with SOS over this. Given SOS’s record with their list I think Liddle had point. Also Butler and Ellis which were the player rumoured to have been enticed by Liddle to Carlton before SOS got involved would have proved way more value than any other recruit they have taken in recent years.

Would be on brand, seeing as their first two coaching choices have turned them down following sacking Teague.

Sayers for such an impressive operator hasn’t covered himself in glory so far, but it probably speaks more to the malignant board and management culture that has pervaded Carlton for decades.

I've said it before. The biggest problem with Carlton is that the powerful are more interested in maintaining power than the club's success.

Choco Williams would go through that joint like a dose of salts.
