Bunch of guys used to winning, not got enough motivation to make the effort cause they can see the seasons gone. New* guys working their way in.
This guy can coach, we're just not good.

Hate to break it to you but we all have eyeballs. And the club isn't going out of business or anything. It's going to the draft to start the process again. You seem to love moaning so you'll enjoy the next 2-3 years more than most.

How about asking Dimma about why we're not like Geelong. I was expecting him to rebuild a 2nd time as Clarko did but nuuh....f*cked off with another one....again just for $$$$$$$$$$$$
I think everyone under-estimates the leadership work that Cotchin and Jack did early on.
We had a dominant Dusty and Rance to build a team around. Excellent leadership and I believe Dimmas just rode that gravy train with some very good assistants.

Agree. We did look pretty good before the injuries hit. We weren't going to make finals, but we were competitive.
Same guy, players just stopped running.
