Callum Coleman-Judas - extricate yourself to Nth Ballarat, you git

Anyone who is confused and needs some advice about how they should feel about CCJ from this point,

should listen to Dusty talking about Marlion after the '19 flag.

'everyone makes mistakes' he said

and he said 'im just so proud of Richmond for giving him a chance'

lets give CCJ a chance from here.

move forward.

the past is burnt toast. you can scrape it all you like, it'll still be pretty *smile*.

same applies to SS
One of your finest posts easy, a great analogy.

Very true.

I thought his foot had healed, can't recall though as it was a few weeks ago.

Ball squarely in CCJ's court now, he needs to earn the chance. Second chances are always the way to change behaviour, if you write someone off after they make a mistake you guarantee they have no motivation to make amends.

CCJ would probably have been in the mix this week against the Crows. The kid really blew a great chance to impact at the right time of the year.

Trade him.
Green 29 touches 21 contested.

Cj and first rounder for Green

I think with CCJ is his names was already being linked back home. We don't really have any indication if this was a move he was keen on, or totally against - or encouraging. There is a vibe he was keen to leave via trade at seasons end.

We can take chances on blokes and it be a beautiful fairytale - happens 1 in a 100. A lot of the time though, it ends up being a Tim Kelly or much worse story. A Relton Roberts etc. Going off my gut feel only, CCJ was certainly considered and interested in heading back home for more chances. Then he pulled this stunt. The Soldo goes out for 12 months and CCJ';s "chance" might be here more than there. If that changes his loyalty to us, is that us taking a chance - or him just following his nose ? the CCJ "chance" story is pretty flimsy.
