Callum Coleman-Judas - extricate yourself to Nth Ballarat, you git

would like to see a RFC presser today. No need to wait for AFL ramifications - they will come. I m reading $100K fine and a loss of resource (off field in 2021). COVID breach - Strip Club - 3am - Arrested .... Only thing missing for a royal flush at this stage is alcohol induced. We are a club of providing second chances and redemption but here I dont think that will happen.

First mistake.

21yo acted like covid didn’t exist for one night.

Without knowing more than that, it’s understandable. The longer this all goes, the more you’ll see people disrespecting covid restrictions.

CCJ is a great young talent and the club has an opportunity to show him we support him as a person first and foremost, which I fully expect the club to do.

Some massive over the top reactions before the facts are known.
I assumed they had been set upon - which is looking likely.
They will be punished for whatever rules they have broken.
But being physical assaulted is no fun for anyone.
Everyone take a deep breath and calm down.

First the wild rumor's.
Then the walkback but still rumours.
Then the facts start to emerge.
Little if nothing to see here.

Some posters on here may need to post some backtracks.

Maybe there are some reporters who post here incognito trying to whip up over reactions. (tin hat theory)

Amidst all the mayo that may or may not have been added regarding the brawl, fundamentally they were still in breach of the AFL's COVID-19 protocols. This is the main issue. For that they should be banned for the season and sent home. They should also have to pay the fine. Anything beyond that with respect to the brawl is insult to injury.

It's a good call. Should know better than to react from news reported from News limited press.

As is Sydney. The club without blinkers, will support both.

Doesn't really matter. At the very least they've breached AFL COVID protocols which the club has admitted in a statement. Whatever happened after that is window dressing.

It's not even certain that they were in the night club and it appears Stack was rightly defending his mate who got attacked. But in the eyes of the AFL the COVID protocol breach is the key factor and that's what the club will be punished for.

No, another person was into CJ & Syd went to his aid

in the off season there was a melbourne storm player involved in a fight outside a nightclub in Bali ,

Media were all over it initially,

it was looked at in a far more favorable light when footage showed him going to the aid of a team mate who was assaulted ,

Fingers crossed for stack

Surely the club couldn't face was it a $50,000 fine because two players rode in an uber. Did Brook Cotchin get into trouble for riding in a n uber or undertaking an unauthorised activity o/s the hub.

Oh well, I guess it now puts other clubs off from trying to poach him....
