This is a personnel issue. Not a coach one.

We are slow, unskilled, old and tired and uninterested.

Big challenges ahead the next few years.

I think it is a coach one, but not McQualter, Dimma. Checked out during the pre-season, we were behind the 8 ball right from the start of the season.
