Bachar Houli - بشار حولي,

Funny, eh. Underdone Bachar was OK tonight. Could get a kick. But by no means peak form.

I've seen *smile* Clay. Robbie McGhie. Mervyn Keane. Jim Jess. Darren Gaspar.

Francis Bourke. And Alex Rance.

But the best Richmond defender I have ever seen is Bachar Houli.

a lazy 31 disposals thought he bossed it
he's great, and towards the end of ramadan!

Hey. Hang on. Did you see that clearance in Q4 where Chimp was set to the loose and Bachar just coasted onto it, roves and sent the ball to space (badly)? BWA.

When the Tigers play well Houli plays well. I think his game style means he is affected more when the Tigers aren't gelling well.

Has looked cooked and was ordinary in first half and has been ordinary since his return.

But that goal was clutch ....... Good on him. Key moment.

Lifted

Bachar is a slow starter. Season wise. Every year.

Let's see how he goes in September.

Poor tonight by his All-Time Great standards. And nearly BOG.

What a man

What a human

fasting all day eats 12 dates and goes out and plays an AFL game

Anybody that doesnt know about fasting in the islamic faith
you must finish eating by sun up and not eat or drink anything absolutely nothing until sun down 6.45am -5,35pm

This man is training and playing without eating or drinking during the day

No I don't think so. Unless him not playing well really causes the whole team to play cr@p. As a more outside player I think he is more influential as a cog in a team that is playing well. Which is why he unfairly gets a lot of flak at times.

It's amazing as he usually plays well through Ramadan too.

Funny, turk. When the goal fell in I turned to Mr B and said, "it was the date he had at sundown that got him the extra millimetre."
