Not your typical fossils, no. The DNA is fossilised along with everything else . There has been some partial DNA fragments isolated from resin fossils....ala Jurassic Park, but nowhere near the amount of DNA that would take to pull off a Jurassic Park ;D,

How closely have you looked into this statement Djevv? Particularly, the fossils I've seen all seem to look pretty horse-like and I was of the understanding that all of the earlier ones were found in America and that only recently (archaeologically speaking) did they begin to show up on other continents.
Tell me, why exactly do you think that generations of the leading minds in this field of science would all be so wrong about it?

Have they found fossils frozen in glaciers, the Arctic or Antarctica? Couldn't DNA be in those?

I appreciate your sentiment 6pk, but this sort of blind assertion is as useful as Jay saying he is 100% sure there is a god in the absence of any support. It adds nothing to the argument.

Well that's me out then. Might go start a gardening thread. Has that been done before?

actually the assertion isn't so blind; no-one has ever proven otherwise.

Actually Jesus did. He rose from the dead, remember.
