Or did we have a head coach who created an environment that brought the best of the players. And built a gameplan that worked in finals.

Our 2017 game plan was mostly sheer luck. Only havimg one decent tall forward meant we were forced to play small amd rely on forward half pressure and turnovers. Leppa,has said as much on record that the game plan evolved by accident almost. Then when it starting working we just went with it

Laura Kane speaks well. I reckon she'll have more brains than the previous clowns had.
She sounds honest enough to be progressive. Were SHocking and Pepper interviewed like this? They were just given the job quietly.
Yeah, she speaks well. But let’s not forget she’s been interim GM of Football since May which includes having oversight of all things umpiring. And we know how well that’s gone this year.
Maybe, now she’s been appointed permanently, she’ll give Dan Richardson the much needed arse and make a move on improving this badly underperforming area of the AFL.
Spoke really really well but the AFL is dirty.
Umpiring is at all time low.

Temporary appointments don’t make big decisions. We saw it with mini, we see it with her. Hopefully Dillon is sincere about cleaning up the mess.
And if you move off the mark, then pay a 50.
