2024 predictions

I’ve had a lot of people tell me we are going to be garbage in 2024.
My answer is that I don’t know. I’ve posted on here before that I suspect 2024 may well be the most even in history
I think that what is forgotten is that we still have a lot of very good players on our list.
I can see us playing finals if some of our youngsters come on and we have a decent run with injuries. If it goes the other way we could finish bottom 4 but my suspicion is winning around 8 games could be bottom 4 next year. A team finishing 13-10 will definitely play finals imo

Our biggest unknown is how many young players will lift under new coaches and game style? If we get 4-5 of our u22’s to improve and become leaders then anything is possible. I personally think 10-12 wins is definitely achievable. If a few things fall our way 13-14 wins isn’t out of the question

London to a brick the Tigers get the reaming of all reaming's from the umpires against the Gold Coast in the kickoff to ensure they get the 4 points.

That will be a given
 
Will need a change of fortune injury wise, if that happens, and Lynch plays round 1 or close to it, and can stay injury free, we play finals.

1000% agree. I cannot see how we leave QLD with 4 pts,
6 free kicks against Nakas.
We will break records for holding the ball.
And forget about the forwards kicking a goal From a free.
Yze will see what it means wearing yellow and black with these turds.

And a few where the whistle blows, free kick Gold Coast where no one knows what it's for and the commentators don't say a word about it.
My guess is the AFL are paying Dimma and all the other bills at Gold Coast. They will want to see results and who better to ream first up than us.

Why on earth were they doing predictions in early December ?

Not surprised to see us not expected to do so well.

All going well we could scrape into the 8

Obviously could be a tough season if things don't.

There’ll be some good passages of play and even some good wins on the back of young stars.

But

Ultimately we will all be hoping for a top five pick come June

Just hope we are competitive ever game and finish 7 th or 8th to give young guys some experience. Then I look forward to a ripper draft and trade period setting us up for a good 2025🤞🐯🤞🐯
