Me either. I phoned through an order on Oct 1 and my credit card hasn't been debited yet. Rang the HS Shop last week to make sure I was on the list to receive one.

Yes mate I got one of the cheer squad and one of eBay from a licensed AFL dealer, there in the background of the pic I sent.
