I'm not a huge fan, but fact is he is an all-australian last year

Yeah, he's a funny one. No mistaking his reliability in the last few years, just not very high profile. Flies under the radar (or excels depending on which way you look at it ;D) due to being in a stellar midfield.

Rawlings is one of those players easy to underrate cos he's so annoying - easy to despise. Good pick Toto, if structure is where you are at. :clap

So far I have been strictly on a best available basis, in my opinion, of course.

Structure might give me a problem over the last few picks though.

I've been trying to stick to structure but have missed out on some good players because of that focus. The exercise is interesting in that it shows the trade offs clubs must make between structure and talent. I think I should have been slightly less focused on structure initially.

I'm going to go with S. Milne.

60 goal half forward who can rest my midfielders and has a proven goal sense, playing around Kosie and Bradshaw he should thrive.

In the interests in club equalisation, U2 is going for Brock McLean. He simply can't stand to see his second favourite team be so ignored! :hihi

As long as you can keep him out of the clubs and pubs of Frankston, and from hitting on chicks twice his size :p

I was wondering who would be the first.

Okay people, we are now at the bottom of the barrel!

(Just kidding. :hihi )

If he keeps kicking 60 goals a season I'll hire a "clean up" squad to cover his trail...oh wait...that's been tried before...hmmmm....going to have to throw him in with Cousins to be chaperoned/mentored by Wayne Carey...oh hang on, that won't work either...damn this coaching biz is hard....

Damn was hoping he would last until my next pick.

And there is another one.

I'm bracing myself for all my "class" players to go now before my pick.

Structure came first unfortunately, still a lot of good players out there.....Not much left in a away of structure though.... :-\

Captain selects .................... Lindsay Gilbee

As he was going to be my next, I can't explain the pain I felt when I got his PM and had to type it - it's worse than just reading it :help

Now that McLean has opened the flood....well......a trickle, I'll add to the trickle, but unlike Kane Johnson I went to the loo and I pick Cameron The Bruce
