The South East Tigers Supporter Group, an official RFC Supporter Group has been formed, and brings the Tiger faithful throughout the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne together. The group is based at the RFC owned Wantirna Club, and has been formed to give an opportunity for all Richmond Football Club members and supporters in the south eastern suburbs, the lifeblood of the Tiger Army, a place to come together as we build to our next (and long overdue) Premiership.

Under the responsibility of Tiger Legend Dale Weightman, a committee has been elected, and the group is open for membership. Our aim is to promote and support the Richmond Football Club, both in voice and financially, and plan to hold a number of functions that will raise money for the club, and help Brendan Gale deliver on his promises of 75,000 members, and a Tiger revival.

Neville Crowe Tiger of the Year Trophy a new award, in honour of a man who was not just a legendary player, but was largely responsible for the Save our Skins program that stopped our team from going to the wall. The award will be given to the Richmond Football Club player of the year and will be voted on by the South East Tigers members.

Patron St Francis Bourke, a true Tiger Legend, has accepted the position of Patron of the South East Tigers Supporter Group.

That is a great line up of players. Pity it wan't this week, the whole family is in Melbourne for the school hols.

If any South East Tigers are interested in going to the Port Adelaide game, consider joining the Sunraysia Tigers Bus trip.

You could stay in Mildura on Friday night and get to the game without having to overnight in Adelaide. That would have to be a BIG PLUS!

Don't forget you can meet the following players at the Wantirna Club tomorrow night between 7-9pm Ben Griffiths, Matt Dea, Shaun Grigg & Troy Chaplin. Come on down have a photo with the boys, door prizes and South East Tiger memberships available.

The South East Tigers are very pleased and extremely proud to introduce our brand new ambassador, Richmond #15 Chris Knights. Chris popped in to our committee meeting tonight and met the guys and girls. An absolute gentleman and a truly lovely, humble guy. We are very lucky to have him at Tigerland and the South East Tigers are truly blessed to be able to welcome Chris aboard!
