Prestia !!

What sad news. I bloody love the meatball, a tiger hero to all us desperados who thought they would never see success at Tigerland.

Key player in 3 premierships.

Gez how did the match committee and conditioning staff allow this to happen ? Should not have played after the 5 day break amature like.
Self-inflicted wounds are the worst. Certainly feels like it was a calculated risk that was calculated wrong.

If we are looking for onballers, Dion is the prototype. Star. Always had good finals. Big game player.

Meehan needs to be replaced he has no idea should be the clubs number 1 priority

Sounds a bit like the Greg Chappell line

“I’m in good form but I’m not scoring runs.”

Re Meehan not Dion.

Welcome back, The Human Meatball!

Just saw him on the 9 news.
He's either lost 20 kgs or has a super tight Guernsey on.
He's looking so lean, he needs a new moniker!

Blitz it, Triple Champion!

I'd love to see him stay on the park for a few games and find some form. Absolutely love him.

Hate to say it, but I will be going to the game dreading another injury. I would have understood if he played a quarter to two in the VFL.

Dion’s a player we definitely need to manage. I’ve thought for the last couple of seasons if we can get half a season out of him we’re doing really well.

Watching the game last night, Petracca looked a lot leaner than he was a few years back. He was listed as 96 kg's a few years back. He looked a lot lighter than that last night.

I hope Meatball has dropped some weight, I reckon he needed/needs to. Change his weight training program too, more lighter repetitions and less of the heavy stuff.

Is it worth keeping a midfielder who would be in the top 5 paid players at the Club for half a season ?
At this stage of our redevelopment I think not.

If we get 3 quarters out of him, then sub him, that's fine.

No point of having him in the VFL. It's drive it till it blows up time.

If it pings again, I reckon he will pull the pin immediately or at the end of the year anyway.

Nothing to lose. Would've done the same thing here.

Skinny Dion. From meatball to spaghetti stick.

Losing further weight might be the answer to avoiding hammies??
