Not me but that is what the Oversight Panel has ticked off. I have posted this of Interest for discussion to alert the unaware of this Gov Funded Panel & its Findings.

Thom's report means senior Australian Officers could be charged under the Yamashita Standard. Be embarrassing if Hurley & Co were dragged to court under the Yamashita Standard.
