Have a listen to you lot...you are a joke you see Diggler and I have been saying this for years now you decide we are right.......I thought he was a dud from the start and now after the appointment of Stuart Leowe I am even more convinced Collingwood were able to drag away Terry Daniher and ex players like John Blakey were available and what do we do of season appoint an assistant coach coming of a wooden spoon in that Carlton dud and Loewe the perenial loser.
Its time to wake up and go get a succesful coach who can also spot talent.....I say in Richmonds case get a physco to deal with a phsyco...I say get Blight

Dear Digglers twin personality,

Please stop with the generalisations and self grattitude and really, Blight!

Pay a man a million bucks and watch him walk away when he has had enough.

No thanks - St Kilda are still living with that.

I would love Tommy Hafey to be involved at Richmond still.
Not as a coach, but as a motivator and someone to give the kids a sense of history and the honour it is to wear the yellow and black.
Tommy's passion for the Tiges is beyond question, and he knows about success more than anyone there now.

Team of the century coach - TOM HAFEY
Coached 248 games, won 173, lost 73, drew 2. Won 4 flags (1967, 1969, 1973-74), R-Up (1972).
Resurrected the club's fortunes in the late 1960's with his coaching methods. Was big on fitness and moulding a tight-knight unit. Under him, the Tigers played a long, direct style of game and reaped huge rewards.

Bumped into the reason Blight got the sack today, Grant Thomas is his name.

Nothing Like a good Knife in the back.

Absolute Spaceman!!!

St Kilda has problems.

Just to clarify this a little Rosy.

I was not bagging T-Shirt Tommy. As far as I am concerned he is a coaching legend and I have nothing but total admiration for the man.

BUT, I am serious, in that I would genuinely rather have his as a coach compared to Blighty, because at least we would know that Tom was serious about what he was trying to achieve. We would know that he was 100% behind the club and it is not the first time this has been mentioned strangely enough.

I don't altogether blame BLIGHTY for leaving the saints as I believe there were a lot of things going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.

What I am sick of is 20 years of blaming the coach.

it is after all supposed to be a Team game.

I too would love to have Tommy involved at Tigerland.

You sure did Rosy, but I am glad you raised it as I would hate anyone to think that my post meant any disrespect to Tom.

He is a Tiger legend and I believe he would still have a lot to offer at Tigerland.

Probably would be great as a motivator as you mentioned.

His discipline is excemplary.
