She didn't build the buildings or choose the construction company she simply allocated the cash. If your dim witted enough to pay 300 K for a toilet block than maybe you should reconsider the given quotes when the project is out to tender.
Surely you wouldn't do the same when doing an extension on your house.
 
Wrong - she and her dept had a short list of construction companies that could run these things, it wasn't open to true competition like you or I do when we do a renovation or build a house. Schools know it is a joke but think that if we can get a new hall/library/dunny block for free why not? Meanwhile you and I watch taxpayers money get wasted beyond belief.
