Given we have a strong system and the fact that we can't get a top 10 pick easily (hopefully for the next few years) what kind of player are we looking for.

More Sydney Stack's, with ability but needs some straightening out?

You don't get selected as an AFL player without having the ability, it's just the mindset.

Need 2 types

1 A Cripps like midfielder
2 A replacement for JR.. more mobile than Lynch

A goal kicking high half forward like Toby Green. Our mosquitoes like George, Rioli, Higgins and Shai aren’t strong above their heads ( Shai and George into screamers rather than strong hands for regulation marks ) and not reliable in front of goal.
Josh Caddy not quick enough but the closest we’ve got.
Think Nathan Brown and Alan Didak.

Every team used use a Cripps.
