Just returned today from NSW.---throwball territory. Just by chance, and by asking many people finally got our score and win by 1 point. No Afl news to speak of on the south coast of NSW., just throwball ad nauseum. Rushed to the newsagent on Sat. morning and snared a Sun. Trembling with excitement and disbelief opened at the sports section. Guess what?? Not one line about our game. Appears the Sun is printed for interstate before the game finishes on a Friday night. Here I am, still none the wiser on how we did it. Sunday morning expected to at least read something, but no, all sold out. "Oh well," says, Graystar, "will at least have some news in the Monday sports news." Not a sausage!! So here I am, home again, and still don't know anything about the game. All I can hope for is for my loving son to fill me in, or for Foxtel to have a replay. That's my sad story of missing one of our rare wins.

spare a thought for those of us who live up here, i've been here 7 yrs (sydney), would be totally lost w/out the net.

Just FYI, given the thread topic.

Richmond supporters gather for televised games at the home of the Balmain Tigers SFL footy team, think it is the Drumoyne Sports club. It is a bit hit and miss, but better than nothing if you live in the area.
