I don't really understand this obsession people have with potting us about being 9th...
Its rnd 16 not 23 , don't they understand that its just bizarre...
I suppose when we have won 3 of the last 4 flags they haven't got anything else to bag us over so they are getting desperate , losers..

If we aint winning the flag this year, I can live with us finishing 11th or 12th n picking up a really early draft pick or three. Just for *smile* n giggles of course n then rebound into deep finals mode n flag hunting for 2022 onwards.
Pick 6 or 7 as our first selection.
Pick 15 to 17 from the Geelol pick swap
Next pick around 24 or 25 as our second rounder followed up by StKiddenme's second rounder at perhaps 27 or 28.
Reckon half the clubs in the comp might go slightly apoplectic if we bent the draft over after going back to back flags then had a wet fart year with a fist full of picks.

As I’ve said before the 9th thing doesn’t even make sense anymore. It started because we weren’t good enough to make the 8. Since the last time we finished 9th, we’ve played in 7 finals series, won 3 flags and a minor Premiership. The joke is now on anyone who uses the 9th thing as a joke.

What a Ride, thought we would never return to our trusted position. Success was so addictive and its arrogance is not healthy....now we can relax again and enjoy our time in the sun!
