Guys,

We're on this week, delayed, but on nonetheless:

AFL Premiership Season
Rd 1: Carlton v Richmond
Sunday 1 Apr at 23:00 (SNG/HKG)

Re: TV for Asian PREers

Wish we got the Aus network in Melbourne. No pay TV no footy.

Although, I suppose I shouldn't be too worried, I will be going to the game, but always like to tape a game when we win, to watch it over and over.

I miss the live game aspect enormously but we get 5 games of footy every week FTA here in Asia (about 3 games live). So there's a very good chance of seeing the Tiges play each week.
It used to be 6 matches until they started showing the super 14s. :frustration

Makes me feel that much closer to home. Couldn't do the expat thing without it I reckon.

Re: TV for Asian PREers

just lost a favourite pet and been feeling pretty low, this has picked me up a bit. Watching a win here in Changers against the bloopoo will be even better.

Re: TV for Asian PREers

God bless the Asia network and its five games of AFL a week. We are on the first 3 games of the year. Even though the Manila start time is 11 o’clock I am so excited I might stay up.

Re: TV for Asian PREers

Digging up the thread with the most appropiate subject.

We're on again this weekend. 11:00am Sunday SNG/HKG time.

Re: TV for Asian PREers

Yep, Gustiger is back in the good books with the ABC. He's firing up the BBQ again and I'll help him down a few ice cold Leo Beer :beer

Re: TV for Asian PREers

Question for Chiang mai,

My house hasn't got WETV so I'm having to travel to bars to catch the games, given the Sydney match is in the morning where could I catch the game? (aircon would be nice :p)

Kutz - your place or mine?

Tiger Flag, love to but much like your ill-fated suggestion to merge Tiger websites I’m on non starter this weekend.

I’m going diving because I need a break from playing footy every weekend and to use my ridiculously expensive but rarely used diving gear.
