We have become the club we all waited 37 years to be.
The wonderful vision set by Benny and Peggy.
The unbelievable work by Hardwick and assistant coaches like leppa, Kingsley, Clarke, Carcella, Rutten, Longegan.
To the cool and calm natural leader in Trent Cotchin.
This year while all of us have struggled with this shut down.
This club has made it all worth while.
Congratulations to each of you and soon enough will be back to unfurl 2 of the best premiership flags you would ever see.

Generally, the tradition is that you unfurl the flag at your first home game the following year....next year that will be Rnd 2 (unless the AFL break from recent fixtures).....
That means we will be unfurling 2 Flags in front of the Collingwood scum..........just when we thought things couldn’t get any better...

What a wonderful time to be a tigers supporter. Sucking up the disappointments of years gone by. Sitting there in the crowd with a shocking hangover from a work reunion the night before, the year Carlton bundled us out after they finished 9th. Listening to the Carlton theme song getting replayed about 8 times. Looking at the disappointment on my sons faces who had never seen us win a final and I almost felt guilty by letting them follow the tigers. Said to them at the time “this is what it is all about boys and when we win it will be so much sweeter fella’s”
DAMN STRAIGHT IT IS!!!!!!!!
