After another game or two from Trezise in the VFL I wouldn't mind seeing him given the challenge of playing Vlastuin's role.
We get a look at Trezise down back, Tigger has the footy smarts and ability to play forward.

Tigger, Brown and Trezise could certainly play down back in the same side, but with Vlastuin forward we get another scoring option which we need.

Tigger's best position is as an interceptor in defence, but we get a block of games into Trezise to find out what his level is.

Not a bad idea. I think Tresize will be back in the 1s soon. Form is picking up again after injury. However I'm hearing Lynch may be back for Dusty's 300th in which case is there a need to move Vlastuin forward (as Dusty is back in the forward line too)? Interesting selections ahead. Geez it starts to get tough for spots as our injury list slowly drops.

We tried this several years ago with Vlastuin and he looked poor forward IMO, hence was moved back.

Sort of started his career playing forward and did it for about 4 games in 2017.

I remember him playing forward against the Shockers and was just about if not bog. Has demonstrated he can play well there.

We definitely need another marking option. So valuable down back tho. Broad could do it too

What I would like to know is would he get the same frees as a forward that he gives away as a Defender?

Could be one way to prove how much the Dumps are biased against him.

Some of his looks to said Dumps when conceding frees were priceless.

I know he has been tried forward with varying but not great results. But Vlastuin has a hell of a lot more experience now, could be worth a look.

He is a much better forward than Balta but not good enough for long term. Probably leading the B and F. Settle the backline. It's starting to look pretty good with Miller and Balta gaining experience and understanding.
Look to the kids for key forwards while the wins don't matter. We have a few options, just need to trial them now.
