It's good to be back.
Netfirms upgraded to the new SMF version for us but it wasn't working when I tried to login this morning. I rang them and was told that I'd have to ring back in approx 20 hours to talk to the appropriate person.
I only lasted 2 hours and rang back and insisted they check whether they remembered to remove the maintenance mode which it turned out they hadn't.
They also hadn't upgraded properly resulting in people not being able to post.
Luckily a SMF tech came to the rescue and fixed it.
The search function now works porperly..and hopefully session timeouts when posting will be a thing of the past too.
Thanks heaps to everyone for their patience with the problems we've had. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing from now on.
