Hey guys, I'm thinking of buying an android based Tablet.

Anyone have any recommendations??

I've narrowed my choice at this stage to either the Nexus 10 or the Samsung Galaxy Note...

Anyone have either of these or can recommend another?

Interested in others thoughts.
 
I think lg or samsung build the nexus, so build quality will be comparable

I have the samsung tab 7 ver 1.

useful for surfing the web, running apps etc

what were you planning on using it for mainly?
 
Yeah buddy, Samsung build the Nexus.

Mainly using it for the net and an organiser.

Narrowed it down to the Galaxy Note 10.1 - didn't realise that it plays MKV's among other video files out of the box and you can even plug it into a HDTV via HDMI and use I as a video player - not a bad bonus.

The Galaxy Note also allows up to 32GB micro SD cards to expand the on board memory.
 
the other half just bought an hp envy
seems to be the best of both worlds
windows functionality with tablet portability when needed
