Thinking of revolutionizing the home audio system. Interested in the concept behind Logitech's Squeezebox Duet. Reviews on the net are mostly very positive. Anyone have any practical experience with this?

I use a Squeezebox Boom in the kitchen. Love it. Decent sound quality and access to my music collection and a gazillion internet radio stations. Great for the price.

If you use an iPhone make sure you invest in the iPeng app. Great remote for the Squeezbox(es) in your home. Play independently or synchronised.

They come with the remote, but you can also control it with an iPhone if you have one. With the Boom, the supplied remote is very rudimentary, but the iPeng interface allows a lot more control and is easy to use.
