So long Rawlings........

Feel sorry for the guy actually.

I'm not too bitter about Jade, all he knows is from Terry.

He needs to go somewhere else and unlearn everything Wallet taught him.

Everyone that has played and been an assistant under Wallace reminds me of the little girl that was raised by dogs in Russia. They all got brought up wrong and are completely screwed up.

:hihi

I'm not saying he'll ever be a good coach, but his best chance is to forget everything from his time with Terry.

Thank goodness we didn't choose him over Hardwick.

Heard on radio before the game that he thought Post was a backman, & that Jordan McMahon was going to be a good player for us.

WTF? Anyone can see, especially after tonight, that Post looks much more capable up forward - especially where he can lead up the ground & attack the ball. He looks totally lost in defence.

As for the McMahon remark, the less said the better.

Did the best he could with what he was handed, may never coach again but I doubt anyone would have had much success with the unspirited, unskilled heartless bunch that is currently the RFC!

After 5 years at the helm there is only one person to blame - personally I thank Jade for his effort and wish him the best, was never a serious contender which Im sure deep down he really knew.

Yep, as we see here the ferals feel great about dismissing Jade as a coach. All our problems solved, until they start screeching for Hardwick's head a few games into next season.

Jade might have made wrong moves or didn't react quick enougth but i think he should be proud of him self .
31 years old he had a go didn't take a backward step he did what he could .
I don't think with what he walked into is to critasise him . That's weak
He was our stand in coach with a good attude :clap :clap :clap

Jade did OK. He had crap players to deal with, his only on the job training as a coach was provided by Voldermort, at 31 years of age he was a peer to most of his players, he had the puppet strings regarding selection pulled for him by others. It really was the job for hell but he represented the club well whenever he spoke and made the most of a really bad situation. I don't wish ill of him - Ijust don't think he was ever ready for a senior coaching gig.

Exactly. Appeared to have a genuine affinity for the club. Was on a hiding to nothing really. *smile* list, season over and the powers that be probably knew he wouldn't be coaching in 2010.

Not up to being a head coach just yet but wouldn't rule him out somewhere else in the future.

Stop past King, Royal, campbell and the medical room and collect them too for the bus ride OUT of punt road

Either everyone drafted or employed by Richmond is rubbish, or there are deeper problems. You be the judge.

I just can't believe that all these players are crap. It has to be a systemic development problem.

Good luck to Hardwick and his assistants. I hope he finds a way to bring some quality teachers to the club. I would start with Cameron, the last guy at Richmond (prior to Lids) that could hit a target.

Jade did OK.

I do find it hard to believe that he is bitterly disappointed about not getting the coaching job in 2010. At 31 he shoudl be happy to just be in the system and get a taste of coaching.

the worst mistake he made was putting his hand up to coach this group after wallace got the arse, they where a non passionate, no desire football side going through the motions. campbell played it save by pulling out, knowing that the tiger faithful would turn on him like a pack of hungry wolfs. rawlings is a coach, but not a coach will need at this moment of time. good luck to him
