Whilst the AFL will do everything it can to try and not see a shutdown with 4 States introducing closed borders now it’s only a matter of time it would seem.

It would be a good outcome for us. Chance to regroup and get some players back from injury.

This could be the ultimate free kick to Geelong if they ever need to base teams out of Greater Melbourne and play games at Geelong, Ballarat, Wangaratta etc. Teams could fly in/out of Avalon if interstate travel permits.

look good , even with half the bulbs turned off seemed pretty bright
our vfl game was going to be the first game all the bulbs were turned on...
really disappointing missed out on that game due to stupid covid..
