To lose to St.Kilda is laughable. To lose by 80 points to St.Kilda is *smile* UP. The worst performance I have seen this year. If you thought it couldn't get any worse after seeing the loss to Carlton, then you were sorely mistaken - this one topped it off. Glad I stayed home and nursed my flu. Vote time....
VOTES
3. Newman - Every possession he had was effective and oozed class. If Danny Hill had the brains to put him on the ball we would be a lot more attacking.
2. Johnson - 30 touches. Would have got 3 votes but picked up lots of his stats in junk time in the last quarter when the game was over and done with.
1. Chaffey - Had some goals kicked on him, but they were due mostly to his team mates lettign him down. Cleared the ball brilliantly tonight. Has done it all year.
ALSO serviceable:
Ottens - Dominated the ruck, (though not all tap outs were to the benefit of our team) and kicked a couple of goals.
Fiora - Had goals kicked on him, but I thought this was right up there with one of his best performances for the team. Another one who rebounded well.
Bowden - No he wasn't great, but I thought his disposal was ok tonight and I think he did put in more than he had in the last couple of weeks, so this is a charity mention.
DUDS, HACKS, LOSERS, DISGRACES, DEGENERATES AND OLD MEN:
Richardson - Had his trademark sook and then did nothing and was hardly sighted for the rest of the night, other than to try and pick a fight with Hamill. Should be stricken from the leadership group at the club and be forced to play the rest of the games this year with a dummy in his mouth. He has humiliated us and its time we humiliated him!
Nicholls - I've seen better disposal at the tip. NEVER to play another game for the club. GET THAT *smile* JUMPER OFF!
Holland - Another one in the leadership group who lead ass-first tonight. Two words: Trade bait!
D. Kellaway - Give it away, give it away, give it away now!
Fleming - Nice snipering Tim. Have a nice holiday.
Blumfield - I'm willing to give him one more year, but the signs aren't really encouraging.
Frawley & Loewe: Were inebriated before the game started and are out there partying with Burke now whilst we suffer another agonising defeat.
