I grew up watching alot of reserves games and as in the vfl there was landy & Richards. In the reserves it was Cleary and Booth.
The sad news Ross Booth has passed away..

Such sad news.

His broadcasting was as professional as there was - the same can't be said for large numbers of today's so-called 'professionals' calling the big-time!

He left a mark in his line of work and many would long for those standards on air again.
It feels like another piece of a golden era has left us.

Ross and John Blackman ...................................................Jeebus.

Sobering stuff.

RIP to 2 big names in broadcasting.

Blackman was a centre piece of the Hey Hey phenomenon in the 80s and 90s.

We're losing some golden era greats.
