Granted he is, as you say not a natural footballer, but he is a natural ball handler and can find his way through traffic. Yes he can try and do too much at times but that is because he is not a midfielder. Not yet anyway. I would have Rodan in a permanent forward half roving role were he can get in under and through packs and only the goals open up to him. Single digit figures are not a bad return if he can kick a couple of goals in that. That I beleive is Rodans role and I think he could be very good at it if he was nurtured and instructed in that role. A couple of years from now we might have a regular 40/50+ a year small goalkicker.
dont think you need to be on drugs to suggest the trade of roden..i would say most clubs would say that 75% of players at draft time are possible trades if the deal is right..TrueTiger said:Trade Rodan I feel who ever said that is one of 2 things. Does not follow Richmond or is on Drugs. Rodan is young and will be a good player. There are many other sides that would like to have him.
