Please excuse my ignorance here. Is that site legal coverage of the AFL?

Most people would be aware the AFL have threatened us in the past about content on PRE. If they proceed with legal action this site will be closed down because I can't afford to fight it. If this isn't legal I'd appreciate being advised, even by PM, so it can be removed.
