Sadly it appears it is not only the RFC Board that wish to hide the current poor performance of the RFC Football Department - PRE also has shunted it out of the Dyer-Tribe Footy Topics and onto the Off Field Football Discussions.

This IMO is far more pertinent to our on field performance than many other topics currently being discussed on Dyer-Tribe.

Right now the RFC and PRE cannot hide from the fact that the RFC Football Department is below AFL standard.

But hey - if this is the only thing that upsets me today - guess I'm having a good day........

It was given a couple of days on DyerTribe for discussion. It can still be discussed on the Off-Field board. There is no doubt your thread is coming from an off-field aspect. You're calling for a Board audit not for Peggy to get a kick in a game. It is far more likely to be read by the club on this board anyway.

Tell me Remote do you think we should get rid of specialised boards and just have one board where it's open slather for any topic? That's the option to having boards devoted to specific things. Threads would slip back a few pages in minutes.

If you'd posted on the appropriate board in the first place it wouldn't have been "shunted".

No issues - just don't want the concept of an audit of the football department being swept under the rug and we continue with the same results each week. Football starts in the board room, goes into the football department and its manifestation is on the field. My opinion only.

PS. I'm am sensative and struggling to get over it - might need one of those afternoon teas we use to have.
