Power & Gas in Melbourne

Hi all, we are taking the plunge & moving from Gero in WA to our house in Richmond early next year

My question is , can anyone please recommend a company for our power & gas needs.

I have searched online & there appears to be no end of providers !

Australian Power & Gas sponsor the mighty Tigers, does anyone use them ?

dodo have a special although their base price is higher there %discount applied then brings it under the discounted price of other suppliers. (specific to me in my area)

Worked out based on my bills from AGL I was about $300 better off per annum. Suddenly AGL (who had just pushed their prices) wanted to talk. As I was suddenly leaving they finally offered further discounts I had previous try to sort unsuccessfully. They previously wouldn't offer any further discounts as I was a "existing" customer when I had asked. Their offers were for "new connections/customers". Well they lost a customer. Also must point out AGL's customer service was great, their pricing began to hurt. In 12 mths (after special expires) will review again as no lock in contracts with Dodo
