9 rounds in and the most impressive young player in the comp has not been nominated. Not to mention Bolton last week, Balta this week and Ross similarly.

Even the journos are starting to ask questions at press conferences.

Wake the f up Dill your competition is a stuffen joke and this award deserving of a more professional process. The NAB should pull their sponsorship of it tomorrow

Ahhhh.... Brad Johnson strikes again.. Actually there was an interesting discussion on Andy Mahers show this arvo re the voting system. Ashley Browne who i believe used to work at the AFL made light of how Kevin Sheehan has his list of the Academy boys and who's turn it is to be nominated each round. They both had a bit of a chuckle like they definitely knew what goes on!
Richmond has completely blindsided them with our crop of no names and the appropriately named Shiffte(r) Sheehan is scrambling to get his boys in before it's too late!
Once again I say..... it's only a rort. ..... if you're not in on it...!

Would be an interesting hypothetical exercise to ask the other clubs if they'd swap their nominee for Stacky or Noah. I know I wouldn't swap either for any of them.

Which beggars the question, how can you be the judge for something if you don't watch EVERY game EVERY weekend. It just reinforces my opinion that the knuckleheads running the AFL are utterly incompetent.

If the judging panel have indeed waited until the dreamtime game to award Stack the weekly RS award, then how contrived is that?
