New Ignore Feature

I've added a new IGNORE feature!

This is a 2-way ignore, including PMs too.

It can be enabled by selecting the account name of the person and there is a [Ignore] button there. One button, that's it.

I find it PRE a much more enjoyable experience, especially on the game day threads, when I don't have to read comments from some posters.
Maybe not full of trolls, but they are out there

I’ve had to disable as it was not longer supported. I have a list to upkeep and will add this to it.

There is an Ignore Function working, the original one was disabled as it has run out of support by the developer.

thats user based ignore function. There was the option to ignore threads which was handy because there was alot of threads I had no interest in that keep blocking up the feed.

That was the old function that is not currently supported - I've reached out to the developer or will need to find an alternative.

I've always felt a bit of a weakness in the software is that if someone has you on ignore they have the option to still view ignored content, therefore they can see your posts but you can't see theirs.

Naturally this will often lead to the ignoring poster still being able to reference the ignoree's posts, without right of reply, which I find annoying. You can't return the 'ignore' because you can't see their posts.

I've discovered a solution that works, on a PC, not sure about mobiles. If you know the person that has ignored you, if you send them a blank message it will go through the system but they will not see it.

On the sent messages page however, you will see the message with their user name, hover the mouse over it and you can hit ignore which means they will now also no longer have the option to see your posts.

Thought that might be worth sharing.
