Do any Brisbane or Gold Coast Punters know how to get into the 2000 crowd ballot for this game?
Qld and Metricon have announced 2000 crowds are a go ahead.

I've researched to death and can't find any plan. They seem to be just focused on this week at this point.

Good news is I doubt WCE have many members in QLD and, with QLD borders still shut, I'm hoping the game will mainly be open to QLD based RFC members.

Trouble is we have bucket loads. I was hoping to get a jump on all them others. I will send the Club an email.

Cool, keep us in the loop. Yes, we have plenty. A normal game against the Suns I reckon would have 10,000 RFC supporters at a minimum. Not a good translation to the WCE game. Hopefully the 2,000 attendees will be up to 6,000 by the time of the game following the Federal Government guidance of 25% of capacity.

Sent the email yesterday and received the standard COVID reply about delays in responding.

and as a gold member, & MRC, Maurice and Gold Coast resident, I just want my tix.

@BrisTiger24 and other Qld members.

Received a response this morning to my email from last week.
The club have allocated a voucher code for 1 complimentary ticket per membership which will be sent via email.
There will be a Ticketek ticket on sale on Monday at 9am to allow us to enter the codes to obtain our tickets. :cupgold

Also says there will be a small allocation of public tickets available.

Posted this also in this thread in case anyone was keeping an eye out for it.

Thanks TT. Yes, I got the email from the club. Great gesture to hand out complimentary tickets to members.

From what I have learnt from the RFC Qld Supporters club, we have 3,000 members in QLD which means that all members who want a ticket will get one. No chook lottery. This is great news.

Can't wait to be there next Thursday to cheer on the boys.
