Just wanted an opinion on these. Looking for something that i can just stream off and get rid of foxtel.

Are these any good?

They can be ok but if you want it for sport most of the sports channels you have to either sign up or subscribe to.

They use open source Kodi as a media centre (which is very good) but with preloaded access to dodgy stream sites which are technically illegal and will change and therefore break regularly (which is bad).


These are unscrupulous sellers who are leveraging good open source systems and giving them a bad name. Streams will work for a while but then you have to be good at Google foo to find more and update as they fail. And that's leaving the legality of the streams out of it.

Mine still works pretty well. They are a bit more expensive but a solid product and they ship to Aust.
