we actually look a very accomplished team
hitting targets, marking everything, good handball chains, running bounces etc

We've definitely got better. Not sure if this is Freos A team though.
Our midfield group though of Conti, Egan, Lavey, Sarah Hosking and McKenzie will dominate a lot of teams this year. Add in Yassir who they look like they are rolling through the mid this year and it adds some good quality and depth through there.
Our defence was probably our best area last year.
Forward is where we rely a lot on Wakefield, need Stella Reid to step up this year, but it looks like Williams will be a good pick up. Got to love someone thats tough, quick and has good skills in our forward line.
I reckon we have strengthened a lot against the comp in the off season, 1 through targeted recruitment, but 2 from keeping the list together when we had the 4 expansion sides join.
