ah- only just found this list recently. i note it's been almost 11 mths since it was posted!

FAVOURITE RICHMOND PLAYERS:

Matty Knights (all time favourite, bawled my eyes out when we lost in his last game)


FAVOURITE PLAYERS FROM OTHER CLUBS:

Glenn Archer- if we had a bloke as tough as him, who gives his all every game i'd be happy

Brett Kirk- another bloke i've developed an admiration for

FAVOURITE FOOD:

good lamb/ pork/ beef roast, caramel slice, lamingtons, pavlova

FAVOURITE DRINK:

actually prefer the old VB to be honest, although did try some weird vodka mixed drinks the other day that worked a treat (can't remember a thing lol)

FAVOURITE GROUND:

MCG is good, although top deck of the ponsford was nothing special and it can get bloody cold and wet in some places....

Colonial/ telstra is alright, although again level 4 can be a little ordinary....

FAVOURITE BOOK:

Gawd- haven't read a fictional book for years. i liked wuthering heights when we did it at school (possibly because we saw the old laurence olivier film of it and i thought he was brilliant). i also liked blinky bill when i read that years ago

FAVOURITE MOVIE:

Don't have a fav, some good ones are:

1. Taxi Driver
2. Raging Bull
3. Deer Hunter (IMO- a better, more powerful film than Apocalypse Now)
4. Kramer vs Kramer
5. Dead Man Walking
6. Thin Red Line ( IMO- a more significant anti-war film than Saving Private Ryan)
7. Best Years of our Lives (except the ending was a little soppy)
8. A film where Guileta(?) Masina plays a prostitute that saves all this money to run away with a man who ultimately steals that money from her and leaves her destitute in the middle of a forest- her facial expressions were just incredible.

9. Prince of Tides - i liked this when i saw it but it's been a while so it could very well be sh!t.

10. Bambi- everyone i know seems to have suffered some scarring as children from the shooting of bambi's mother in this film so it's got to have some importance.

some of the best films I've seen recently are a beautiful mind. Lord of the Rings 1 and i liked the hours, although i thought they could of taken the lesbian angle out of one of the 3 main characters. the film seemed a little like a special screening for the mardi gras at times..
