With the imminent departure of Dan Rioli (and half the senior list!) I wonder if the club are thinking of drafting (rookie or senior list) Joel Garner to play off the hbf?

Tough, experienced. He obviously wouldn’t be DRMkII but a good replacement IMO.

Bloody good footballer has a bit of the tweener( AFL/VFL) about him imho , said to be a fantastic club man , I’m with you Tim , he’s one of the mature types I wouldn’t mind rooking ( spelling) bonus is we wouldn’t lose him from our VFL program

he's caught my eye in the VFL ,

do we put our efforts into grooming Tresize and/or Brown into that role and or a rocket up Short ?

Davidson has caught the eye of many of our VFL watchers and I have been asking if Lachie Wilson is worth a shot at AFL level and those two had a share of the VFL B&F along with Bringley

if we do bring anyone up from the VFL ,, because of where we are in a rebuild, would it be a younger type that will develop along side our up coming draftees ?
