I thought I would start a thread titled ‘ Inspirational & Mindfulness Stuff’ being a video, words or podcasts.

I hope people don’t mind.

It was something I had been thinking about and started personally but not on PRE.

The world has changed and the way I see it ‘normality or return ‘ we may never return too.

Enough doom & gloom because I hear enough of it. Being stood down since March and nothing likely in the horizon on returning , I hope the things I post ( others are welcomed too ) to give us a smile, hope , love and that ‘ we will see a better day ‘.

Waiting.

Here is the first one.

Bethany Hamilton.

Description
One of the most accomplished athletes of her generation, Bethany Hamilton, became a surfing wunderkind when she returned to the sport following a devastating shark attack at age 13. As she continues to chase waves, she also now tackles motherhood.

2017 & 2019 Conrad books are #1 for this :D

Trent brought up Jay Shetty as a positive influence in an interview (among other names) if anyone feels like googling for positive vibes.

Great thread waiting..

This is as inspiring as it gets..

Ahn Do's recent Brush with Fame with burns survivor Sophie Delezio, the toddler who was trapped under a car at a childcare in Sydney many years ago. 18 now with an incredible attitude.

Gives you some perspective on life.

Today is Man Up Day.

One year today that Danny Frawley passed away. Can’t believe it’s gone by so quickly.

I remember listening to Danny’s show‘ no man should walk alone ‘. The podcast is available so I thought I would post one if anyone wants to listen to it with Peter Zarros.

Jeff Kennett was on SEN this morning. Will post that when it becomes available.

I watched that program and the joy of just being alive shone through that young lady, it was simply awesome. When she stood there at the end with her Dad and acknowledged how her parents had been her rock, the father of daughters in me came out and the tears welled up.
What an inspirational young woman but also what an inspirational family
Thanks for posting

Hugh Van Cuylenburg was on Gerard Whateley’s show.

Has a podcast worth listening & it’s free.

Here is a quick sample.

One of my favourite actors.

I got my son to listen to this powerful speech.

Doesn’t go for long but inspirational to listen too!
