With sooooo many injuries, it will need it's own thread.

Prestia...we find out after scans today but looks 'Bulter' bad.

Nakas...Poor bastard can't take a trick. He looked fit and firing and then this happens. Also looks long term.

Lynch. Broken finger, could be a month or could be alot of bandages. Its a wait and see.

Astbury. Knee cap injury. Still a month away.

Dusty. Warrior. Still tender around the old ribs. He won't miss.

Houli. Family reasons will miss 5 games

Edwards. Family reasons will miss 5 games.

Cotchin. After scans late last night, he has
"Kissmyasshubs".
He will miss the entire 5 weeks also.

Yet another disaster year on the injury front. Questions need to be asked about the amount of soft tissue injuries… is it age?…well not seeing too many down at pensioner park in Geelong.

correct. We'd be a serious chance at another flag if we had less injuries. Injuries started to mount since that bloke left for Sydney.

It's a real concern.
Interestingly Cotchin hasn't had any hammy troubles this season after missing multiple games, multiple times in the previous few seasons. I wonder what he puts that down to?

With so many soft tissue injuries
Whoever is in charge of performance/recovery should get fired

I've been onto this since last year. We lost our rehab co-ordinator Rob Innes to Sydney last year and its been atrocious ever since. Multiple repeated injuries.

Burge absolutely has to go. He is a PT guy not an injury / rehab specialist

Victim of the soft cap reductions but makes you wonder how the Swans afforded him? Or the reasoning behind his departure. Be interesting to see their injury list by point of comparison.

Lynch - Hamstring
Balta - Hamstring
Martin - Hamstring
Cotchin - Collarbone
Stack - Cheekbone
Lambert - Hip
Soldo - Thumb
Ross - Knee?
Nankervis - PCL

Vlastuin - Idiocy

That it?

Isnt the soft cap, we could of paid them extra but would of been taxed?
So we had the option of keeping them if the club is making decent coin?
I thought you could go over the cap, not that we want to, but if someone is that good to keep then we should?
