MISTAKE 1 Greg was too back Danny and have him coach for year 2004.
Cant you see that the Danny thing isnt working for the Richmond Football Club ?

Fancy blaming the Victorian Cricket Team in regards to ''The Email "
Greg ,if you were employed in a decently run corporate company, you wouldnt have a job now. Its lucky you are employed by the "Richmond Circus" who has to survey members in regards to there requirements(more waste of money).
Greg take this advice mate, stop making excuses for Danny and bite the bullett and make some hard decisions. Change the coach and recruiting staff., otherwise please find another place of employment and take Danny with you. Is there any chance of the Hammerheads being introduced next year ?? You seemed for comfortable in that roll and it might be your go. Maybe Danny could take over from David Rhys Jones as coach.
To have Danny coach next year is a BIG Mistake.
