i think the whole of PRE agree frawley should go as snr coach at end of this year (if not sooner for some of you).
but would most people would agree he is a top bloke, an honest, hard-working, what-you-see-is-what-you-get, family man?
if so, that sounds like a richmond man to me.
should the club talk to him openly about him not being up to snr coach standards but would still make a good assistant or specialty coach (or runner!!!) so he can stay at richmond and maintain his dignity.
let's face it he's not likely to pick up a snr coaching job elsewhere in 05 is he?

If he had the sense to announce in the next few weeks that he was going to step down at the end of the season, and the club should start looking for a replacement, then I would support the notion.

If he maintains the delusion that he has some sort of chance of proving he is an adequate senior AFL coach, then no.

An interesting notion but I doubt that Danny would be looking for a lesser role at the club.

In my opinion a change at the end of the year is inevitable and I just hope that it can be made in such a way to maximise our chances of getting the best available coach.

Frawley has no role at RFC in 2005.
He really shouldnt even be there now. It was the best magic act ever removing that clause.
What has Dudley given to the RFC apart from excuse after excuse. Im sure he is very well paid for his non performance as a coach. Also providing us with a losers mentality, we are willing to accept a win and we treat it as if we won the grand final.
Dudley should go and become a minister hes such a good bloke Dudley's Ministry of the holly Spud.
Good riddance Dudley and the sooner the better. ;D

A couple of suggestion on occupations that would suit him in no particular order:-
Tiggy the Tiger
Doorman at Punt Rd Social Club
Orange Boy
Telesales for Membership (theyd go through the roof!!!)
Cleaner
Footy Record seller
Peanut Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frawley will soon be able to find plenty of work as a removalist at Richmond.

There will be plenty of people waving goodbye to punt road at season's end.

Frawley is too proud of a person to stay at a club that doesn't want him. He'll more than likely go back to St Kilda as a defensive coach and I wish him luck.

With all the smart arse suggestions, I hope he stays at Richmond.
At least he wears his heart on his sleeve and has the clubs best interests at heart.
He would bleed for the RFC, unlike some of the fair weathered posters on this site.

Not a bad idea rensman. I think he would make an excellent player development manager or coach of the backline.

But as a few have said he probably won't want to stay at Richmond in any capacity other than senior coach. If he does go back to St Kilda, as ToO has said, he will probably taste premiership success before those he leaves behind at Punt Road.
