Essendon to win premiership now Joe Daniher (The Messiah) has returned.

Dons want him out there in the Shop Window.

Problem is they coulda got 2 first rounders for him last trade period and and blew it.

Greatest disater of all time that trade period for them.

Coulda got 3 first rounders in for 2 blokes that wanted to leave.

Two blokes who've been invisible this year and they will still probably want to leave. and Drugs will be lucky to get 2nd rounders now they both seem crocked.

Long may the Druggies keep Duddoro on the books.

Yeah agree they totally stuffed it up. Had a chance to regenerate their list but decided to keep them and lose all of their leverage. Hahahahahahahaha

For a Club that have done stuff for a long time all they haven’t lost their arrogance. Essendon via Dodoro refused to deal with us over Houli after we declined their demand for Cotchin. We had first pick in the PSD as we had traded Andy Collins for Grigga but still offered our 3rd rounder as a courtesy. I remember Dodoro saying Hirdy Girdy was going to have a coffee with Bacher and he was going nowhere. They didn’t even turn up for the last day of trade week when we didn’t buckle. Clearly some of them were on reality altering drugs then as they had NO bargaining chip at all. None.

Bacher 2 flags, great cook and amazing bloke who has done great things for multiculturalism and who brought 100 paid up members with him when he signed with us.

Now they will have Daniher out of contract and assuming he still wants out....they get nothing and Sydney made a more than fair offer last year.

It may not matter much anyway. If he stays at Essendum. Anyone remember Darcy Daniher. joe’s older brother?

6 games over 4 seasons and retired with groin problems.

Yep but if he goes to Sydney that could be great as it would leave Essendon still screwed and would then have the Swans screwed with 2 Key Forwards running laps at training for the majority of the season.

My biggest take out of that is that Bachar is a great cook.

I'm going to go a little against the tide here, but I hope kills it. Such a shame to see a player of his talent out of the game for so long due to injury. I would also love to see him play some good footy at another club.

I'm all for Joe killing it. I hate to see players forced to retire through injury early, but if he can do it away from Essendon that would be perfect.

I hope he plays well enough for the rest of the year to be a serious Brownlow contender. Tear the AFL apart.

Then watch him walk away from Essendon as an RFA with them getting sweet fa in return
