You know I completely understand Greg Miller's point of view regarding being patient etc etc, however I do take offence at the way its been said.
Most of us have gone the past 20 (or more) years with little or no success, so we are entitled to vent our spleen occassionally. Ironically, its members who love their club voicing their frustrations. They come from the heart and Greg Miller should try to understand what we have all been through as LOYAL tiger supporters....I felt Millers tone was very patronising assuming we are all halfwits without thoughts and opinions of our own who will blindly follow our leader.
While I'm on this.....Did anybody else pick up on Danny's blunder post match???....When asked why Rodan had played in the back pocket all night his response was along the lines of 'With D Kellaway withdrawing it left us with a problem of who to play on Leon Davis'
Now I have a problem with this comment...As we all know Duncan has a hamstring injury that will keep him out for a couple of weeks...surely this didn't happen in the warm up!!!!....Meaning that they had at least a few days to formulate a team structure that would enable Rodan to play further upfield where we desperately need him. Or at least have this as a back up plan should we need a crumbing forward as we so desperately did against the Pies.
Look, I support the idea of being patient etc, however I dont think we need to be patronized and treated like 10 year olds in the process!
