I know he is coming back from a knee reco and I know its gonna take him time, but wouldnt Gas benefit of a game or 2 for Coburg??

3 kicks, 2 handballs and 2 marks (one was a gimme from Richo)

If he keeps playing the season out like he is I reckon he should put his hand up for a pay cut for the season

Don't know that you can expect a bloke to take a pay cut because his returns are reduced by an injury he suffered playing for the club in the first place.

I do think we've brought him into the Senior side too quickly, though. I would have thought a few games for Coburg to find confidence and form would have been a better way to go.

He lined up on the Swans' fourth forward today and Sydney immediately directed play through Gaspar's man (Jason Saddington). Gaspar is some time away from being at his best, and though he did provide some value around half forward in the second half of the game I think he would be better off going back to the VFL for a few weeks.

ok ok ok

heres the point

no i didnt play at this level

and no i didnt have a knee reco

so riddle me this me boyos: how come he gets a game

as don bradman said, ' even if you arent a cricketer, you can look like a cricketer.'

Should,ve stopped there!! Unless youve had a reco and played footy at a fair standard you wont understand.

been there and done it schnipper and hence my reason for saying he should have had a few games with Coburg to get a bit of confidence in a) his knee b) with his football

And the comment on him donating his pay back is nothing really to do with the knee, even when fully fit and playing I MO i dont think he is worth $500,000.

Dont get me wrong I think he is a fantastic player and has been of great service to us and it aint his fault we are over paying him, but a run in Coburg for a week or 2 is exactly what he needs

lets figure out how much he gets paid per kick

my estimation is about 50,000 per kick
