Converting internet video files to DVD format

Hi

Can anyone recommend a good program for converting internet video files (like MP4 or MKV) to a format that I can play through my DVD player.

You can probably tell from my use of terminology here that I am no tech head, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Having spent the last 24 hours going sick with this program, I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting to convert computer video files to DVD format.

Works really well, and simple to use which is what I need.
